Our training programs are exclusively designed by our Chief Torture Officer Rimo. His qualifications to be our designated head coach are clearly visible and well merited: his vet has given him the award of the most sharply designed TwelvePack ever seen in her practice.
This award does not come by chance: Rimo has successfully developped and implemented his own training program. You find him working out in his torture champer daily, constantly trying out new torture methods to further sharpening his TwelvePack and bringing more poetry to his motion wherever he goes: whether it be to the litter box, the dinner table, or the explosive jump onto his assistant's belly right after sunrise.
Throughout the years of experimenting, Rimo has come up with his proprietary training methodology that he implements into all of the training programs that you can purchase below. Further programs will be available for purchase throughout 2025 while he is designing special programs that even get humans to move like a cat and have a TwelvePack as sharply defined as Rimo's.

Rimo's Training Mantra
Rimo's Training Philosophy
If you are looking for a running program that has you do a long run every week; that has you do interval training at least once a week; that has you run in zone 1, 2 , 3 , 97, 371.5 and zone 999.99 for 78.77minutes each session; that has you run in certain heart rate zones; that has you run, run run. Then, you are in the wrong place here.
Our training philosophy could not be further away from the common ways running coaches train their athletes. Read up on Larissa's coaching philosophy evolution that Rimo considers when designing his programs.
